Miss Cleo, the television psychic who became something of a cultural icon in the 90s with her famous late night infomercials and her catch phrase “call me now!” has passed away at the age of 53, a victim of undiagnosed colon cancer.

Miss Cleo, whose real name was Youree Dell Harris, was easily the most-recognizable figure that emerged from the wave of famous 90s television psychics, thanks in part to her fake island accent and her famous late night commercials. Even though her fame had lessened in recent years, she had still managed to stay relevant with taro decks, appearances in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and a psychic consultation company.

It was revealed today that Miss Cleo had been suffering from undiagnosed colon cancer which had spread from her liver to her lungs, and after a recent hospitalization, had spent the past week in hospice with her family before passing away.
