Man Prosecuted For Pretending to be a Ghost in Haunted Cemetery

Kingston Cemetery in PortsmouthRemember all the times whenever you have used the word weird, because after reading this, you won’t be able to use it so candidly ever again. A man visiting the Kingston cemetery in Portsmouth was arrested, according to police records, for “throwing his arms in the air and saying ‘woooooo’”!

Witnesses complained that a gang of boys was disturbing the decorum of the Kingston cemetery by engaging in improper behavior, and one of them was even “throwing his arms in the air and saying ‘woooooo’”.

The man, Anthony Stallard, was arrested and presented before Portsmouth magistrates, where he plead guilty and was ordered to pay a fine of £35, £20 victim surcharge and £20 in costs, plus serve 3 months for breach of condition in an earlier case of vandalism.
